What is before “walking the talk”?

The Golden Wand shows you a different way to look at leadership. If your mandate in that leadership position was a story that unfolds, who would you be? Who are the others?  

Main discussion topics 

-       The story structure and the leader’s role 

-       Get inspired and inspire in turn

-       Organization culture as symbols and rituals (nothing mystical, just business)

-       Show the way, create and use the symbols and rituals

-       Leaders’ words that make us follow: analyze speeches delivered in various situations. The words most used and their impact, the tenses of the verbs and other speaking tools for leaders

For: 

those in leadership and management positions, and those getting ready for it.

Workshop Format  

Roundtable workshop - open or Corporate group, in-person, online or blended

Languages: English or Romanian

Duration for in-person: 

-       Open: 2 days

-       Corporate: 1 or 2 days (upon the goals of the company and size of the group)

Duration for online: 3-5 online sessions of 3 hours / session 

Duration for Blended: in-person, with possibility of online participation: 2 full days

The workshop can be followed by 1:1 or team sessions, with another experienced Wizard who will listen and assist with implementation of your Golden Wand’s tools&ideas
